Default Slc Dianne Diehm

Second time this one has flowered. Interesting that it has more purple and the colour is a little more intense than last time.

I like it though.......might divide it up in spring.

I like it. How big is it that you want to divide it? Don't forget, that you are going to decrease the number of flowers in the nearest future.

True but considering it only produced one flower this year how much can I possibly reduce it by? lol

It's just very clustered with the growths and I have a friend who wants a piece so I may just split it in 2.

But we'll see.

I was talking about POTENTIAL flowers, not this bloom. So, I can't give you exact answer.

Yes, sometimes I feel the same - generous and sorry for the plant at the same time. I usually end up buying completely another orchid for a friend or ordering the same specie or hybrid again, if I can.
