Thanks folks.
Growing very well-drained with frequent watering (every day in the hot summer, 3-4 days when it's in the 70's & with less light in "winter". Just don't let the roots stay wet & soggy.
Shade to 3500 foot candles in summer (60-70 % shade in strong-light geographical areas). In winter months, give as much light as possible. I have seen them grown well even in temperate climates if given sufficient heat & artificial light.
