Default To Gainesville w/ CTNA why not red

Hey guys I need a little help. I'm going to stop at my sister's house on the way to my son's graduation tomorrow and bought her this little present because I understand it's somewhat easy to grow. I just wanted to know if the watering is the same as other cattleyas and if there is anything else she should know as far as caring for it. It will be grown indoors and windowsill. Thanks.

Thanks, if not I figure just water it once a week and keep it from too much sun.

So sorry, I wasn't around much today.

This is one of my favorite chids, it's a lovely choice as a gift

Basic Catt care is fine, this one is not picky

Thanks Susanne, that's all I needed to know. Even better to hear it's not picky. I think she'll like it. I'd like it. In fact I'm tempted to keep it

I packed everything the night before I left. I sent her a link with pictures and how to take care of it. BUT I left my shaver and her plant right by the door. She loved the picture. I felt pretty bad about it but I will be back in June. And that's the truth.
