INTERMEDIA INSANITY!!!!

If you are not already crazy about this species, perhaps these will change your mind. I have 6-7 different varieties of C. intermedia, but my collection is laced with at least twice as many different plants of this species. I have orlatas, aquiniis, albas, coeruleas, flameas, tipos, and even as peloric one. It also happens that my largest orchid is, none other than, C. intermedia. This plant consistently produces between 60-70 blooms each year.....simultaneously!! This giant beauty is C. intermedia 'Boca Grande', and it currently has 67 blooms open!

C. intermedia var flamea 'Petala Larga' x C. intermedia var orlata 'Real':

C. intermedia var aquinii rubra x C. intermedia var orlata 'Quadrado':

Now, after all that drool, ya can't tell me your not crazy about C. intermedia!

Beautiful! I'm definitely already a fan, though mine is has only just bloomed for the first time.
There was someone else on here that had a huge specimen plant like that with oodles of blooms too- both are amazing!
You must sing them love songs.

I posted pics of it last year with about the same amount of blooms on it, it may be the one you are thinking....or not. Thanks for the comments!
