Talking My Apple Blossom

Here is my Apple Blossom ..
I love the way it scents in the morning .. excuse the blurry plant picture .. I just wanted you to get an idea of how long the stalks are which are 12 and 15 inches.

Is lilac the color in between purple and pink and how is it different to magenta?
