Is the colour difference due to the age of the flowers?

Yes, like the Pot Hoku Gem! The new ones red and the old ones yellow.

oohhh i just love that little thing!! i have 'tiger' and i am flat crazy about it! it blooms so easily and i love the way it changes color! yours looks a bit redder than my clone but its a great plant, good growing!
