There are alot of cats that double sheath. One for example is the Jean Marie Skelly 'Snow White'
It's just their normal pattern.

C. labiata routinely has a double sheath. Several other species are known to occasionally have two sheathes.
It's nothing to worry about. The sheath is very unlikely to hamper the flowers.
