Cattleya warneri first bloom
BIG smelly blooms. Two on a first sheath, so i'm quite satisfied. I'll let the pics say it all.

CJ, those are stunning. But please define "smelly." I don't grow this species, and the only cattleya I've ever heard be referred to as smelly has been C. percivaliana. Are C. warneri's flowers nicely fragrant--or do they stink? Thanks!

Certainly not stinky. Like fruit flavour gum....just pretty strong, so smelly.
