Default C. brabantiae

This is a natural hybrid of C. aclandiae and C. loddigesii. More spots would have been nice but the flower is still pretty nice. This is a seedling that is blooming for the first time.

Looks wonderful for a seedling! I love a good lavender- and the freckles really give it character. Good growing!

Great sneak peak! I have 4 seedlings of this cross out in the greenhouse, all using coerulean parents. Should be interesting.

I never use to have much interest in the bifoliate cattleyas but they suddenly started impressing me and I keep wanting to get more. Most of the walkerianas are a little steep for my wallet but I still have about eight .All are nice and were at a reasonable price. Did you ever check e-bay for walkerianas. You can pay your mortgage with the price of some of the plants.

I love the pink.

The aclandiae parent doesn't really show on those blooms (the flowers don't look waxy or spotted).
