The first is a an outstanding labiata originated from crossing two amazing clones, 'Michele' and 'Batatais'. The second photo shows a sister plant from the same sow, also a very good flower which is not at its best this year (see here last year's photo
http://www.flickr.com/photos/rosim/3219370342/ ). The third labiata is a clear colored type, with a wonderful large golden area in the lip. The form is also very good and the flowers are long lasting (twenty-two days later and this flower is still in good shape, like the photo taken yesterday shows!).
I'm crossing 'Rotunda' with the clear type targeting to expand the color range and also the lip mix of colors.
