Default Rl. glauca- 2 color forms in bloom

The first photo is my original glauca that blooms for me every year and every year I get 3 flowers that blooms days apart. The 2nd is an alba variety that belongs to Duncan Bass that I am keeping for him. It blooms at the same time and though last year it had a smaller flower than mine, this year it is the same size.

Wow, these are really nice! I got a seedling not too long ago, so hopefully it turns out as nice as yours. Do they get the same amount of light?

They get just about the same amount of light, which is fairly bright.

Beautiful Laura!

I didn't know that there were two color forms...I've always seen the alba form before. I think the coloration in yours is great.

Thanks for sharing your photos, David

Have you thought about crossing them, or selfing the alba?

Thanks David. That means a lot coming from you!
Funny that you ask Royal, I was just thinking about that yesterday. I have crossed plenty of my flowers in the past but have found that I just let the seed pods go to waste...
