Blc. Sanyung Ruby ' Chi mei' updated
Got this one a few years ago, and I have watched it grow and grow, but I guess somewhere deep down inside I believed I lacked the conditions to make it happy enough to bloom. I was wrong! Here is it, Blc. Sanyung Ruby ' Chi mei', the color is a little off in both pics.

Gorgeous!
The cross has several well known clones and among which, Chi-mei may be the prettiest one!

It sure looks happy and healthy! What a deep, gorgeous color. So pretty! The lip is quite exceptional, too.

Yea it was pretty big, the bloom was about the size of my face. The leaves are all about 18 inches long or so, and very tough.

I absolutely love large flowers! I didn't realize these would be that big. I've got a couple of young plants of this clone and they are strong growers and yeah, the leaves are real hard. I like them!
