Camille.
Mounting is the best approach. I mentioned above that I "found" the plant blooming. I also found a few others as large or larger, but this one had the most flowers. These plants had all outgrown their 2" pots and were very overgrown. I just put one plant into the mesh pot & sphagnum to make it presentable for the photo.

When you said you 'found' it, I was imaginng that you had a greenhouse full of orchids or something like that, and found this one in bloom behind other stuff!

When you said you 'found' it, I was imaginng that you had a greenhouse full of orchids or something like that, and found this one in bloom behind other stuff!

Camille. That is exactly what I meant. It wasn't behind other stuff, just on a bench I don't visit very often. Depending where I walk or don't walk, things like that happen quite often. It makes for pleasant surprises sometimes.

Well 'duh' to me! It was really late last night when I replied, and somehow managed to not read your post correctly. I didn't get any further than "'I mentioned above that I 'found' the plant blooming." and assumed you had taken the plant off the tree somewhere. LOL. I shouldn't be on OB at 1am!
