L. Anceps' spikes dead??????
Default L. Anceps' spikes dead??????

they seem to have stopped elongating and the outer sheath is brown. I pulled back one of the spikes' outer sheaths and there is still green in the middle.

does this sound like they are dying???

Can you post a pic? It's always useful for people to understand what you mean if you post a pic.

the two spikes are from the same plant

the one on the left is obviously the one with the sheath that's been peeled back

the one on the right has been left alone
