C. Swan Lake 'Cimmaron Valley' AM/AOS x Blc. Meditation Silver Sword
I grew this plant from a 2" seedling and I was sure it was going to be a large white but I am not disappointed because the color is pretty nice. The flower is not bad either. This is the first time it has bloomed.

Just reading the names of the cross I assumed it'd be white, too. It's a great flower, though and I agree the color is just pretty nice, too!

Beautiful, Jerry. I'd be very happy too.

It is a nice one. And not the first time two whites produced color offspring. How long did it take to grow it up?

Jerry,
I love growing seedlings from a hybrid cross-- you never know what you'll get.
This one is lovely!

Jerry
What a delightful surprise it could be to grow out an orchid with such beautiful well formed flower and great color.
Thanks for sharing. I wish I had the room to grow these larger catts.

Ted, I bought this plant from Carter and Holmes Orchids in Aug. 04 as a bare root seedling for $5.00. They refer to them as "dug ups" because the are bare root.
