Default Bc. Maikai
For sure not the best Bc. Maikai ever seen... the funny with this one is that has been growing non-stop since 3 year, and did not want to bloom. I have tried higher light (one photon higher and it would have mutated to Cactus!), Temperature changes, fertilizer diet, etc.. nothing! This year I decided to get rid of it and offered it to a friend of mine. BOOM! 6 spikes & 26 flowers! Still moving to a new home soon

Ah, it knew it was under threat!

At least you got to see it flower before it moved home. It looks absolutly fantastic!

Not really... I am not happy with these flowers... lip too small and markings are not so nice... (yes, maybe I am snobish here ) On teh other hand, I think Bc. Maikai makes a better display if kept as specimen plant. So... no division!
