Default Laelia eyermaniana
This one's a miniature Mexican laelia species. Although some sources have claimed in the past that this is a natural hybrid of Laelia speciosa and Laelia albida, I think that (for now, at least) it's currently recognized as a true species. The flowers are just over 2 inches wide and fragrant of (yes, I know this will sound a little strange) cooked green beans.

Andy's Orchids, Steve. They also have a couple harder-to-find species, like L. speciosa.
