Default October Cattleya

Many of my Catt’s have gotten a bit big to bring inside easily, and also our cats (the furry ones, not the catts) like to eat the leaves, then barf on the rug, so I usually just cut them as they bloom and they live in small vases around the house.

From left to right:

• Blc. Sanyung Ruby ‘Kwang Lung’ - cut before fully open
• Lc. Mary Elizabeth Bohn ‘Royal Flare’ – my only “true blue” and a very nice color.
• Lc. Gila Wilderness ‘Granduer’

They are all gorgeous. I especially like the colours of the last one.

I love all of them. That middle one has a great violet-blue coloring.

Ed

Thanks for sharing these wonderful flowers.

It is wonderful to see how long some orchids last in the vase.

Beautiful blooms! Love 'em.

I also got a great chuckle as we also have some leaf-chewing rug-barfing furrballs here too.
