wooww so beautiful.... i have one of this red december since last 2 years... but it doesnt seem want to bloom and get growing only lazily, one new-shoot needs at least 6months to complete, but thats it, not any bloom. Checked its root, looks ok, plump with greenish tips, is it right that slc need cooler temp than any blc's ???my average temps is 30C at day and 28 at night.

The light is ok?
I think you don't have enough variation of temperature between days and nights. Here, we are leaving winter with temperatures 26/28ºC days and 15/18ºC nights...
