I have mine planted in clay pot filled with a mix of 70% sphagnum and 30% Styrofoam peanuts. It hangs in a bright place. Water every other day during the hot months (Nov through Apr), two times a week during the cold months. I use an organic fertilizer especially developed for orchids dressing the top of the medium (three to four times a year).
