This is a spotted caerulea variety. The spotts are mainly in the backside of the sepals and petals, as can be seen in detail in the third photo.

Spotted caeruleas are not common, Nick. A few and discrete spots are not uncommon in the type and do not characterize the punctato variety, which needs larger and more numerous spots to be characterized.
