Rosim. This is the flower I mentioned. Did yours have the spots or were your petals just yellow without the spots. Sorry the photos a little dark, but you can still see the yellow color

There are spotted aureas like yours and others almost spotless, Catwalker, each one with its own beauty. Yours is very beautiful, though I think the most beautiful ones are those with just few small spots in the petals, like the one you see here Matrizes or here 2008 Febrero Orquidario Virtual
Rosim. Thank you for posting the 2 photos. I just wondered what kinds of amethystoglossas were considered aureas. So, my flower would also be considered aurea.
The Gnomos looks more cream than yellow, but it's hard to tell in the photo. I think I like the 2nd photo more. It is definitely yellow and the shape is slender, but very symmetrical and graceful. Thank you
