Wow, love your Ports of Paradise wtg I have an emerald isle, full 3" ceramic pot, not sure whether to repot or leave it another season...any suggestions on care

Like for the Cattleya, the time of repot arrives when the pseudobulbs arrive to the hem of the pot, and the new roots begin to develop. Also for care, all like Cattleya
