Default Noid Cattleya...deep dark delicious!

I bought this lovely Catt in a grocery store. I was wondering if anyone would have a thought of a name for her? The petals are very waxy, and the scent is out of this world!! like spicey chocolate if you can imagine!

Greatly appreciate any ideas, if no names come to mind...I'll love her any way!

That is C. Chocolate Drop, or a hybrid with a lot of Chocolate Drop in it. One of my favorites.

I don't do this to often, but I would put my life on this being Ctt. Towering Inferno...Ctt. Bactia x Ctt. Chocolate Drop. I have one and I just put both pic's side by side. Look after it, not a easy one to get hold of,,,over here that is.

Warren,

I haven't checked the pic, but I'll go with your suggestion. Looks like a good mix of those parents. I'll have to keep an eye out for one of these.

Terri, Good eye! You were right on too.

Thanks to all who answered so quickly!! Wow, it sounds like I really lucked out with this plant [though as I said, its well loved regardless of name]. As far as that goes, the pic of the Towering Inferno is Almost spot on. I think , also, the pic I looked up of Chocolate Drop looks like mine too I think it definitly has the CD in it. Again..Thanks for all the input!! [the color on mine is so dark, it looks black in certain light] Love it

I sure will, and thanks again for the id. Right now, the plant is in full sun, and is growing one psuedo bulb.
Does it take forever to grow? also, she,s in packed sphag. Is that alright, or should I repot? Sorry for all the questions, but I don't want to lose this one.
