Default no growth since last year....is that a bad sign?

i am in zone 6b,7a

my laelia milleri, mixta and a few other catts and non-catts have not shown signs of growth this year.

they have been outside for about 2 months after being overwintered under a 400watt bulb

is this a bad sign?

There should be some sign of growth by now. What are your growing conditions?

direct sun except between 12-2 when a tree casts a shadow/dappled sunlight.

misted often when sun is hitting them to prevent any burn

I don't know what zone 6b or 7a is sorry.
What is the medium your plants are in?
How fresh is the medium?
How often do you water?
How often do you fertilize?
What condition are your roots in?
Can you post pictures?
