Beautiful concolor yellow hybrid. Rhyncholaelia glauca, which is in the ancestry, can still be noticed in the lip shape. Another trait that sometimes appears is two leaves in some pseudobulbs due to Cattleya aurantiaca, which also is in the parentage.

Absolutely, Jerry! Those are hard flowers and the yellow stands for long time. I grow mine in very bright light, I believe that hight light improves the yellow intensity.
