Default My first AOS award.

Laelia purpurata awarded HCC at Tacoma Judging Center. I have been growing it for 3 years. This is the second blooming and it was a beauty. The picture was taken by Mike Pearson at the judging Center.

Default Photography copyright

I forgot to put the right info down under the photo.

"Photography copyright 2009 Michael B. Pearson"
I hope this corrects the issue. Betty

This was a lovely plant and actually had two pseudobulbs blooming, one fresh and the other a bit tired. The team gave it considerable attention and an honest grade. I'm glad that our Tri-cities student judges were able to bring it over!

Congratulations! It is a lovely purpurata !
It's surely a proud to have an award for an orchid. I don't think there are prices and awards in EU...or maybe in Great Britain.

Mojomick,
That is a gorgeous purpurata! Wow!

Congratulations on your first AOS award! You deserve it 100%.

By the way, what clonal name did you give it?
