Cattleya trianae var. concolor

Here's a Cattleya trianae var. concolor, which is in bloom now. Though just regular as to the form, I like it because of the well positioned floral segments.

Beautiful, Mauro. To me, it seems to have a strong resemblance to C. schroderae (especially the yellow in the throat and the overall light pink color). Do you know if the two species are closely related?

Yes, Steve, C. schroederae and trianae are very, very closely reated species. And also it is a fact that many trianae concolor closely resemble C. schroederae!
