Very interesting blooming habit. Bigger plants have many bloom spikes. When flowers just open, they are red-orange. As they mature, they turn orange with the red spots. Flowers last for weeks and when they ripen fully, they turn a yellow-orange without the spots.
So many times, with flower spikes in different stages of bloom, there are 3-4 different collor shades and patterns. They also bloom twice a year in most places.
