Tom, I grow it along with my Draculas with low light level, very good air movement, intermediate to cool temps side, water every other day in the summer slowing down a little in the winter. It is planted in a transparent plastic pot loosely filled with tree fern fiber.

Thank you for the culture tips, Mauro. Mine isn't growing that well but it did bloom last Fall.
Mine is on tree fern mount and I think I will try your growing medium and medthod if it is not improving.
