The fragrance is strong, though not as strong as I had hoped. I guess I was expecting a Stanhopea strength fragrance which is probably just not possible from a Catt! As for the slugs, this plant actually hangs above the war zone, so it should be safe. I hope!

Good growing Steve. It looks like you are growing your plants under jungle conditions. Did you grow the plant hanging from a tree (looks like a Plumeria from the photo) or did you move it out for picture taking? H&R does some creative breeding. I got several winners from them including the Dendrobium Rising Star which won Best in Show at last week's Aiea Orchid Show.

I moved this one for the picture. Too much sun where it grows to take a decent pic! I actually grow it in front of my house hanging from a railing in pretty bright conditions.
