Default A couple of new Cattleya hybrids

Both of these are unregistered. The spotted one has Jungle Gem in its background. The purple in an offspring of Lc. Minipet and is one of the most intense smelling flowers I've ever smelled, ever.

Those guys...er...gals...are beautiful. I particularly like the spotted one!

Thanks for sharing your photos with us...and for giving us a perspective on their size...they are true minis!

I guess I should have mentioned that both came from Fred Clarke at Sunset Valley Orchids. He breeds for award quality plants, and grows them very well. Every single plant I get from SVO is super healthy, and the prices are incredible for plants with such pedigrees.

Awesome, Royal! I also really love the spotted gold one. And so fantastic at that size! A mini-Catt for us real mini-lovers!

I love the little spotty too! It's so cute! The Minipet looks like it has some Ctna. in it, especially the shape of the lip.
