Default Mcp. exaltata 'Vicki Short' HCC/AOS
Here is the last of the 5 awarded plants from last Saturday's trip to the monthly AOS judging at the West Palm Beach center.

Mcp. exaltata 'Vicki Short' HCC/AOS, named after a very dear friend Vicki. This award is provisional, with an official ID being requested to make sure that the plant is properly tagged (this is fairly common, especially when a species is receiving its first quality award like this one). This is a first time blooming on a seedling I have been growing for 2 years now.

Mcp. is the abbreviation for Myremcophila, which is the new name for many of the old Schomburgkias.
