Laelia albida Bateman ex Lindl.
I have just a few of the Mexican Laelias (albida, anceps, gouldiana, rubescens and speciosa). Anceps and gouldiana easily bloom here, I can bloom albida and rubescens, but not so easily and majalis never flowered in eight years (the plant was adult when I bought it). Here's the small flowered albida:

Very nice. What do you change to get this one and rubescens to bloom?

This is a question I also made myself a few times, Royal. I can only answer that I tried the difficult ones in a few different media and also in different places, but lately I have them planted all the same way and they are near each other. The easy ones continue to bloom and the difficult ones continue not blooming!!!

I alos like Mexican Laelias.
Here in Taiwan, both L. anceps and L. rubescens are easy plants to bloom.
I also got a plant of L. gouldiana. Hope it will also bloom easily here.
