Default Blc. Toshie's Magic in water culture

Blc. Toshie's Magic (Lc. Tokyo Magic x Blc Toshie Aoki)

Another one that adapted to water culture quickly, and looks like a good bloomer. Plant is only 9in, high. Bought it a little over a year ago in a 2 inch pot.
I placed it in water culture to develop new water tolerant roots before transferring to passive hydro in leca, which I find otherwise very stressful for many plants, in my low humidity conditions.

I could not really capture the delicious colors. The lip is deep cherry tapering to brilliant raseberry at the edges.

Lc Tokyo Magic is Lc Irene Finney x L. biergeri

It's lovely Maria! It looks like it might have just the slightest hint of a peach overlay on the yellow. Very pretty.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement. It really helps with Springtime repotting chores.

Jerry, a word of warning, If mosquitos have access to your water culture, at this time of the year, you have to watch for little wigglies in the solution and flush them out quickly. You can't miss them.
