Blc. Rustic Spots
This is one of the few complex hybrids I own and its pretty cool. It opens up very red, changes to a rusty red (hence the name!) in about a week and then changes to a yellow/orange color. No fragrance though.

That's amazing!!! The fact that it isn't fragrant is strange though considering three of the four parents are extremely fragrant!
Thanx for sharing, it is very beautiful!

Not only is it beautiful but it is entertaining. Rather like owning several different orchids all blooming is sequence. I am going to keep my eye out for this one. Very nice.

Incredible! I love flowers that change colors over time. It is, as Mike said, like having several different orchids blooming in sequence, all with one plant!
Thanks for sharing this with us! Another one for me to keep an eye out for!

It's beautiful Steve. I dooo love spots!
It looks a lot like Pot. Hoku Gem 'Freckles'. Not surprising since they share a parent. Hoku Gem changes color too.

That is a wonderful look plant! Those blooms are wonderful! I have several shrub roses that do the same thing. They start off one color and then fade to two or three different colors with age.
I'm going to an orchid grower tomorrow, maybe I'll have to look for this one.

Thanks all for the compliments! Ya, the color change is really the reason I keep this one. It really is like having 2 different plants rolled into one.
