A very good friend gave me a large c. percivaliana earlier this year. I no longer have to wonder why!

If this plant blooms as beautifully as yours, Mauro, I'll just put a clothes pin on my nose and admire it with my eyes only!

Very cool!!!! I hope mine blooms some day. Its a real beauty, but I was under the impression that this species was more on the blueish side.

I thought that I'd just put my in on the scent of my percivaliana.

While mine does not have a pleasant odor when it blooms, it is not very strong. Even with the 9 blooms it had this year, I did not find it to be very offensive, even when I put my nose down into it. It wasn't a good scent, but not too bad…I would give mine a 2 or 3, with 0 being not bad at all, and 10 being really really bad
