Default Blc. Empress Worsley 'Roman Holiday'

This is a a hybrid having B. nodosa and Cattleya aurantiaca in the parentage. The interesting thing is that both nodosa and aurantiaca have the same proportion, participating with 25%, but I can't see where aurantica shows its face in this flower!

Becky, this is short plant and it grows reasonably fast, so I believe you're going to see flowers soon!

Mauro, I must have missed this when you first posted it. Although I usually like to look at all of your lovelies because it is so inspirational. Do you know if this plant is a once a year bloomer? I went to a flower show recently, it was shortly before closing and I found a display table where the grower had divisions that they didn't want to take home so they were selling them for $1.00. I bought three four bulb divisions and a C. Rowena Prowe, Cookara Tropical Snowflake 'Donald Prince' HCC/AOS, Stlma Kelly 'Lea' and Lc. Mini Symphony. All were very healthy looking.

Yes, Jerry, it blooms one time a year (at least, mine never bloomed more than one time a year for me).
