Now that was a who's who list in White Cattleyas! I may have found a Pearl Harbor, but still looking for Bob Betts "The Virgin". It's a shame Jones & Scully aren't still open!

I read in "Classic Cattleyas" by the Chadwicks that before cloning, Jones & Scully would buy many of their plants from individuals as they were awarded by the AOS and offer them on the "Imperial List" as divisions. The book mentioned that they would sell for as much as $50 a pseudobulb.

Stumbled across this thread today - what a wonderful list of old classic Cattleyas!
Anyone have any "new vintage" plants that ought to make the list?
Anyone have a classic that has bloomed for you recently?
My eyeballs are bigger than my wallet, but I am always on the lookout for sources of the old Cattleya classics.
