Classic White Catt Need Help Choosing! - Orchid Board

Hello guys i need help to pick a new classic white Catt

i don't have one and i really want to get a white Catt. so i've settled on two! The first one is
C. Jose Marti 'Mother's Favorite' and the other is
C. Bob Betts! which do you think i will really love?? i like both of them but cannot decide! can you help me?? if you have grown either of these can you show me pics of their flowers and actual growth and tell me about its growth habits?

This is the one I have on the very top ofthe white ones...

However, C. Jose Marti is also a very nice one..

Haha Jan Pahl Ur Very Funny!!! this certainly isn't making it easier! but more fun! well i liked the Jose Marti because i felt the flowers form and shape was better! the Bob betts looks a litlle floppy. but both seem to me to be the Quintessential White Catt! and that is what makes it so hard!

cattleya 17- I have both

I love classic whites, both are not difficult to grow!
There are several Bob Betts out there- some nicer than others.
If you want I can give you names of more classic whites and make this even more complicated

Cattleya17, I suppose it depends if you like more floofy orchids or less floofy ones! Whites are all fab as far as I am concerned, although my favourite is definitely Eagle Eye 'All Victory'

Okay guys let me have it!!!! if i dont see all there is to see and make a decision without seeing it all.... I'm only cheating my self!!! now the one pic i saw of the Eagle Eye i didn't like too much but i searched it and found some more pics and fell absolutely in love!!! it reminds me of Mossiae! Where is there a trustworthy site i can get it from??

Now i really want you guys to let me have it and tell me all of the Classic Quintessential white's you know of!!! and when listing them tell me where i can find it! cuz it just wouldn't be fair to tell me about them and then not tell me where to find it! how would I get it then???

I can't wait to see what you guys have got!!!

There are several classic white cattleyas that I find spectacular, I dont even have many of these. One step at a time grashopper

I think some are pretty hard to find like Bc Deese, Bc Pastoral Innocence, C Mary Lynn McKenzie, Bc Meditation- so I wont bother with them, but I think the more common ones are C Bob Betts, C Jose Marti, C Bow Bells, C. Carl Hausermann All lovely large whites! I got mine from hausermann

Actually i just saw the Bc. Deese somewhere while looking and i cant for the life of me remember where i saw it! but thanks!!!!!!! Any one know where to find the Eagle Victory one???
