Default Cattleya dowiana

I am looking for dowiana. I've had it a couple of times. I killed one (overwatering in winter) and the other 2 were bought as the species and were not.
I want a typical species looking dowiana - one with the long droopy lip. I want a bloom that is reminiscent of a jungle collected plant.

Any ideas?

Thanks Chris. They have beautiful rositas but I really want something close to aureas. I forgot what nice plants they have. Holy Cow on the photos of Cattleya nobilior coerulea

Try emailing Tom @ Green Earth Orchids - the website is Green Earth Orchids. I know he had some (I got one from him).

*wink - on the subject of not buying anything else for a while

I did buy a few jewels from you a year or 2 ago. I bought a couple of Macodes petola and I think a couple of Macodes sanderiana. I think it is how I found this website. I followed a link to post you had selling them. This was long enough ago that they were pretty hard to find.

TOF has aurea Tropical Orchid Farm Catalog and H&R Nurseries has larger plants http://hrnurseries.com/downloads/RetailList092508.pdf

Both of these locations have some of the best looking 'chids I have ever seen.
