Phaiocalanthe Kryptonite
This is SUPPOSED to be Phaiocalanthe Kryptonite Chariot of Fire, per the tag...but it's not
This looks more like Kryptonite Ursula. I've contacted EFG (I bought this as a baby in May at Redlands). I guess somebody there stuck the tags in the wrong batch of trays
Still pretty...but I really want Chariot of Fire (which is red with a white lip)

I love your BloodBath plant! I'm hoping they offer to make things right somehow...I really had my heart set on Chariot of Fire.
As for trading with you...anything you'd like that I can send is yours

Very cool though. I like how pink it is. Very candyish. Hope you get the one you really want.

Well, I'm being patient but that is about to run it's limit...I've emailed them three times with no response.
I don't feel I should have to call them when their customer service is set up to take emails. If I were to call them now, it wouldn't be a very nice conversation so I'm just going to let it ride and remember the experience for future purchases
Anyway...here's an updated picture of what I do have from them. It's very pretty and in good health so I guess I shouldn't be complaining but it's more a "principal of the thing" issue for me now:

Today I received a large box from FedEx which held a huge surprise for me!!!
George Hausermann from EFG Orchids and I came to a solution last week to resolve the incorrect tag/plant problem I had. I was expecting a small seedling sized plant and would have been happy to get that...
Talk about taking care of your customers! George sent me a stunningly beautiful replacement plant in double spike!
George, if you ever read this...please accept my apologies for doubting you and your company
Take a look:

Principle of the thing is important Sue. Yesterday they sent you one good item in lieu of another good item, tomorrow they well send you dieing bits of dendrobium canes instead of a blooming size orchid.

UPDATE
I heard from EFG Orchids today and they say they will take care of the problem. I'm told my prior emails didn't get to them and since I have no prior bad experience (nor have I heard of any), I'll take his word for it.
I'll let you all know what the solution is once I know
