Today I received a large box from FedEx which held a huge surprise for me!!!

George Hausermann from EFG Orchids and I came to a solution last week to resolve the incorrect tag/plant problem I had. I was expecting a small seedling sized plant and would have been happy to get that...

Talk about taking care of your customers! George sent me a stunningly beautiful replacement plant in double spike!

George, if you ever read this...please accept my apologies for doubting you and your company

Way to go Sue, it's great to hear a good story like your's. I love the color of the plant but definitely not a Chariot of Fire.

Judging from how long it took Ursula's buds to open, I'd say a few weeks. I'm hoping for it to be in bloom for my show Mar 23
