I don't feel I should have to call them when their customer service is set up to take emails. If I were to call them now, it wouldn't be a very nice conversation so I'm just going to let it ride and remember the experience for future purchases
Anyway...here's an updated picture of what I do have from them. It's very pretty and in good health so I guess I shouldn't be complaining but it's more a "principal of the thing" issue for me now:

Today I received a large box from FedEx which held a huge surprise for me!!!
George Hausermann from EFG Orchids and I came to a solution last week to resolve the incorrect tag/plant problem I had. I was expecting a small seedling sized plant and would have been happy to get that...
Talk about taking care of your customers! George sent me a stunningly beautiful replacement plant in double spike!
George, if you ever read this...please accept my apologies for doubting you and your company
Take a look:

Way to go Sue, it's great to hear a good story like your's. I love the color of the plant but definitely not a Chariot of Fire.
By the way, is that a beer I see

Judging from how long it took Ursula's buds to open, I'd say a few weeks. I'm hoping for it to be in bloom for my show Mar 23
