Very nice! What does Pao stand for? I think I know Acucar means sugar.

Is a table mountain at Rio de Janeiro

Edit. By the way, Pão de Açúcar is side by side Pedra da Gavea, the main distribution area for a entire species (Laelia lobata). The species only grows there and in few less representative places at Niteroi area at the other bay area in front "sugar loaf". Is like having a entire species distributed in Alcatraz and some San Francisco Bay area.
Thank's Jan!
There's also Cattleya Corcovado and Cattleya Pedra da Gávea other two table mountains in Rio and C. Lagoa, the lake in front of Corcovado mountain (Christ, the redeemer)

As you know Mauricio I like all the spoted cattleyas and this one particularly. Just for information. The name Kerchovea and Brabantia have Belgian origins. The family de Kerchove has been implied in the floriculture for more than 100 years in Belgium and two of its descendants organize every five years the greatest flowers exibition in Belgium (Ghent 2010).The Brabantiae name was given by the gardener Dominy (Veitch) to honor the Duchess of Brabant (Belgium), later, Queen of Belgium (1853).

Someone told me Cattleya Leopoldii is a tribute for King Leopold from Belgium. Do you know something about it?
