Default Encyclia megalantha

Large flowers for an Encyclia, scattered along the floral stem. I think it would be showier if the flowers were a little more crowded.

Now these are so cute! Mauro, I also like your pots! Do you buy them like that or drill holes in them yourself?

I like it very, very much. My alata has its blooms arranged just like that, and I couldn't like it any other way. Is yours scented, and how big are the blooms?

Nice Encyclia! You're right about the size of the flowers compared to the plant. They look pretty big!

Another beauty, Mauro! The blooms could be a little denser, as you said, but I like it the way it is. It has sort of a rarified charm, like a clean, crisp Japanese painting or garden.

Yes, the flowers are very fragrant. They are 2" across more or less.
