Default LC Trick or Treat

Since this is my first time to have one of these bloom I am a little confused on how it blooms. I am waiting to see how it turns out. I take a picture of it's progress every couple of days apart to keep a log on it. Since I am not too familiar with the terminology for what stage this is in could someone tell me if this is a spike or what??

It looks to me (and it's late and I'm tired) that you have a nice spike developing and several possible buds off that spike.

At our Orchid Society mtg last night, 2 people brought their plants for the display table - very nice plants, great colors. They reminded me of an orange Iwanagara Apple Blossom. Be sure to post a pic with the flowers all open!

cheers,
Don in CA
