The orchid was packed in a very long florist box. The one we get when someone sends us a dozen long stemmed whatevers..he packed this plant meticulously. Not a root was lost.

WOW, that is very nice , I love the lip, you can really tell this plant is a plant that really wants to be mounted. If i had this plant I think in the future I would just break the pot to make it a little flater and attach to a piece of wood or cork, Take care of this one it is a keeper for sure.

I agree that it would make a nice mount. If I was going to do anything with it I would turn a cedar basket on its side and mount it...but, it seems to love it just the way Jeff has had it. This is a division. It has nothing in the pot. No potting media what so ever.

Anyway, for now...it's not being stepped up.
