Cattlyea Landate
I picked up this little gem at the Honolulu Orchid Show about 5 or 6 months ago in full bloom, so I was pretty surprised to see another bloom (only 1 flower this time) so quickly. I have to say that this is one of the most stunning Catt flowers I have seen in a long time but I simply cannot capture it on film!! The lip is the most brilliant, neon pink I have ever seen and the rest of the flower is this dark olive color, but not as brown as my pics are. In fact, I had to take the pics in a dark hallway with no lighting just so the pink was not washed out, but I still couldnt get it!!!!!!!  Anywho, I should mention it smells nice too!!  |

The fragrance is very strong and very nice! I just wish I could have gotten the colors right with my new camera! Oh well.
