Cattleya Lighting

I am relatively new to orchids so i have a question about indoor lighting. I have purchased a T5 light system that measures 2100 foot candles on my light meter is this sufficient light to grow all my cattleys under or do i need stronger indoor lights. Any help/comments will be greatly appreciated.
