Default Cattleya leopoldii Verschaff. ex Lem.

This is a seedling flowering for the first time. It is from the same sow that has giving the peloric forms I've been showing lately. This time the flowers are not peloric, but they are almost spotless and of a beautiful chocolate color! The perfume is strong all day long and wonderful!

Outstanding, Mauro! I love this species and have a few varieties of it in my collection. They're getting to be a good size, so hopefully at least one of them will flower next summer. If any of mine are even a fraction as beautiful as yours, I will be quite thrilled.

Steve

Mauro, I can never decide if I like your flowers or your pgotographs better. Excellent on both counts!

Amazing! I love that 'chocolaty' color on the leopoldiis. Great work!
